Update 6/9/16: Second round of pre-orders open!
If you missed out on the kickstarter event, pre-orders of the Trade edition of the book are now open again. Shipping is estimated to be in late September, however if you select a Remarque add-on, shipping is pushed back to approximately December timeframe.

Update 5/12/16: Initial round of pre-orders via Kickstarter now closed.
If you missed that, a second round of pre-orders will be opening in mid-June.
Deluxe Edition is sold out. Trade Edition still available.

Update 4/12/16: Initial pre-orders are being taken now via the Kickstarter project from April 14 to May 12, 2016.
Trade Edition is $35.00 + shipping. Deluxe Edition is $95.00 + shipping.
